Golden N°1 is a premium organic spice blend inspired by Ayurvedic traditions. This blend is intended to be mixed and consumed with HANT bone broth, warm water, or warm milk.
The flavor is warm, rounded, and refined, with a naturally subtle kick. For a milder flavor, you can add raw honey once the drink is no longer boiling hot.
Within Ayurvedic and Asian traditions, these spices have traditionally been valued for their anti-inflammatory properties, digestive comfort, antioxidant qualities, and use in warm drinks during periods of recovery.
When bone broth and this spice blend come together, they create two superfoods in one warm drink, often appreciated for comfort, calm, and balance.

Put 1 tablespoon of bone broth in a glass
Add boiling water
Add Golden N°1 to taste
Optionally add lemon to taste
Mix well and drink warm
Optionally add raw honey once the drink is no longer boiling hot

Can also be mixed on its own with warm water or warm milk
