1. Shipping Location
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the weight of the order. All shipping costs are visible before you complete your order.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days after payment.
- During busy periods (such as holidays) processing time may be longer. We do our best to minimize delays.
4. Delivery Time
- Orders within Belgium and neighboring countries are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after shipment.
- International shipments outside Europe may have longer delivery times, depending on the destination.
5. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable couriers to deliver your order safely and on time. The choice of courier depends on the destination and the size of the order.
6. Tracking and Confirmation
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number (if available), allowing you to follow your order until delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address Information: Please ensure the provided shipping address is correct. HANT is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Delays or Loss: While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Please contact us in case of longer delays or possible loss of the package.
- Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery via hello@hant.be with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
8. International Shipments and Customs
For orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. HANT is not responsible for these extra costs, which must be borne by the customer.
