Refund Policy

Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal – HANT

1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which the product is physically received by the customer or a third party (other than the carrier).

2. Conditions for Returns

• Only unopened and undamaged products qualify for return. We reserve the right to inspect returned products and reject returns if the conditions are not met.
• The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

• For an approved return, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and approval of the return.
• In some cases, a partial refund may be offered depending on the situation. We recommend contacting us at hello@hant.be for this.

4. Damage or Defects
If products are damaged or defective upon receipt, the customer must contact us within 48 hours after receipt. We will then take the necessary steps to find a suitable solution.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

• Specific products, such as foodstuffs, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
• The customer cannot claim a refund or exchange if the products have been opened or used.
