  • We strive to deliver products of high quality. Our bone broth is professionally sterilized, but use of the product is at your own risk.
  • The health claims are commonly known claims, but we are not liable if customers find that the effects do not meet their expectations.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

  • All prices on our website include VAT and shipping costs.
  • We offer standard European payment methods without extra charges for the customer.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Belgium. We aim for quick and careful delivery, but are not liable for any delays.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt, provided the products are unopened and undamaged. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
  • In case of dissatisfaction, a refund may be possible depending on the situation; customers should contact us for this.

  • For product damage or other complaints, customers can contact us via hello@hant.be. We will handle every complaint carefully.

8. Reviews and Usage Rights

  • Customers who submit reviews, photos, or videos hereby give permission for reuse by HANT. We become the owner of this content without further notice to the customer. Removal can be done upon request.
