Bone broth is a nutritious broth made from halal beef marrow bones simmered for 32 hours. This process releases collagen, glucosamine, protein, amino acids, minerals, and vitamins.

Bone broth has been used for generations for strength and recovery. Our version is 100% natural, with no added E-numbers, sugar, salt, colorings, or flavor enhancers.

  • Adults: 2-3 tablespoons per person
  • Baby/toddler: 0.5-1 tablespoon
  • In dishes: Add to soups, rice, shakes, porridges, purees, ramen, pho, sauces, ... for extra nutritional value
  • As a drink: Take 1-2 tablespoons, gently warm with water and add our ayurvedic herb mix (or other herbs). Perfect to start your day or break your fast

  • Does it have a meat smell/taste?

No, Hant Bone Broth does not have a strong (meat) smell or taste.

  • Will it change the taste of my food?

No, it is quite neutral in taste and smell. We also do not add extra salt, so you can mix it into all dishes/drinks/smoothies.

  • Is HANT bone broth halal?

  • How long does it stay good?

After opening: at least 8 days in the refrigerator.
Unopened: see the expiration date on the label.

  • Should it be stored in the refrigerator?

We recommend keeping the jar in the refrigerator. It’s not mandatory, but after 24 hours the broth becomes nicely
gelatinous and the quality is optimally preserved.

  • Why isn’t my bone broth gelatinous?

It becomes gelatinous after it has been in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Do you want to use it immediately after opening? That’s perfectly fine. You don’t have to wait for it to become gelatinous. The nutrients are there anyway, whether it’s liquid or firm.

  • Can I store it in the freezer?

Yes, you can use an ice cube tray for this. We offer this

  • Why is your product more expensive?

We do not dilute our broth with water, which is why it becomes gelatinous in the fridge and has a high protein content. We also do not use preservatives but choose an extensive cleaning and sterilization process.

  • What are the white spots in my broth?

The white particles come from the natural fat in the bones. We remove most of the fat, so you will probably only notice a small amount. This fat melts when heating the broth. It contributes to the rich flavor and is completely safe to consume.

  • Does HANT bone broth have a consistent texture and color?

Our bone broth is a natural product, which means the texture and color can vary slightly from batch to batch. That’s completely normal! We don’t use additives, chemicals, preservatives, or colorings. Everything you taste is 100% real.

Differences can come from factors like the season, the animal’s gender or age, or even the moment the jar is filled (the start or end of a batch can really make a difference!). Sometimes there’s a bit more fat, sometimes the gelatin structure changes slightly. The organic vegetables we use also affect the color and flavor.

In short: All these elements create an honest, artisanal broth that isn’t standardized but is 100% genuine.
