ORGANIC Golden N°1 | Ayurvedic Herbal Mix for Bone Broth & Drinking - 50g

Within Ayurveda and Asian healing traditions, these ingredients are traditionally used for their specific properties:

• Turmeric: anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, recovery and overall well-being
  
• Ginger: supports recovery processes and circulation
  
• Cinnamon: warming, balance, and vitality
  
• Black pepper: enhances the absorption and effectiveness of other herbs, especially turmeric
  
• Cardamom: digestive comfort and internal balance
  
• Fennel: soothes stomach and intestines and supports digestion
  
• Clove: rich in antioxidants, used in restorative preparations
  
• Himalayan salt: balance, natural minerals, and electrolytes

• Put 1 tablespoon of bone broth in a glass
• Add boiling water
• Add Golden N°1 to taste
• Optionally add lemon to taste
• Mix well and drink warm
• Optionally add raw honey once the drink is no longer boiling hot

Optional:

• Can also be mixed pure with warm water or warm milk
