Step 2: Making the Sauce

A great ramen starts with a great sauce:

  1. Heat a splash of sesame oil in a pan.
  2. Add:
    • Finely chopped garlic
    • Grated ginger
    • Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the secret ingredient:
    • 400 ml of Hant’s bone broth (liquid gold).
    • Let it melt into a silky smooth liquid.

Flavor Enhancers:

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ketjap manis
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp chili paste

Let it simmer gently. Dilute with a little water if needed.
