A great ramen starts with a great sauce:
- Heat a splash of sesame oil in a pan.
- Add:
- Finely chopped garlic
- Grated ginger
- Fry until fragrant.
- Add the secret ingredient:
- 400 ml Hant’s bone broth (liquid gold).
- Let it melt into a silky smooth liquid.
Flavor enhancers:
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp ketjap manis
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp chili paste
Let simmer gently. Dilute with some water if needed.
