    Note: our bone broth and beef tallow do not carry the BIO label because these products are made from halal-slaughtered animals. According to current EU regulations, an official organic label is not allowed in combination with halal slaughter.

    👉 Important to know: the herbs and vegetables used in these products are organically certified.

  • The HANT bone broth was tested on day 8 after opening and refrigerated storage. No harmful bacteria were found, and all values remained well within safety standards. The product therefore remains microbiologically safe even after opening.

  • Our organic extra virgin olive oil was extensively analyzed. The oil has an acidity of only 0.33%, well below the allowed limit of 0.80% for extra virgin olive oil.
  • The oxidation values, fatty acid composition, and other quality parameters also fully comply with European standards.
  • Additionally, the oil was tested for more than 500 pesticides – no residues were detected (below the detection limit of 0.010 mg/kg).

  • Our organic honey was analyzed for purity, moisture content, sugar composition, HMF, enzyme activity, and contaminants.

    The results confirm that the honey meets the European standards for organic quality and food safety.
